just got this from facebook
Cruise To The Prom We are looking at having club stand for pre-booking only and want an idea of numbers.
We are also hoping to have a contest for best club stand.
Hopefully this will see people going to town rather than having a few cars parked up with a gazebo in the middle......

Are you up for this?? Ball park of cars you'd like to bring ...so we can ensure we have enough room for everyone.

If it turns out we don't have enough room, we will limit the number of cars per stand, just to make it fair to everyone.

Hi Rich,

Once we have cracked this camping lark with the newborn, we may well be up for this, about a 2 hour drive plus stops for loo, baby etc..........

Cheers!

Alistair

Don't think I'll camp at this one, it's just up the road.

Used to be up the road from me too, till I moved to Devon, now everywhere is bloody miles away (except the beach!)

Might see you all there with the new born.....

there will be five vans going from street on the day i would think so come and join us

ok there is club stands available so shall we make a list, there may be a prize for best club stand.ill find out what sort of numbers they would want

...they are looking at 15-20 vehicles per club stand.

i am going anyway but if there are peeps that want to do a EB line up put your names down
you usually pay 5pound on the day to drive on and park on the prom,
if there is to be a (club stand) Eb line up, the fees would have to be payed up front so they know how many clubs are coming, i can sort this if you like.if you dont like just turn up and park where your told ;)
