most places will change any calor bottle for another type (as long as its calor and the reuseable type). phone around as some do and some don't but i found most did.
if you're after a bottle you'll find plenty on ebay - i bought one for the minimum £1 bid and found a local builders merchant who exchanged it for a different size no problems.
as mentioned before you'll also find them down the tip, and even lying around in hedges etc!
