weird bay - too many windows!

Anyone tell me about my 69 bay - it has 8 splitscreen windows 4 along each side and is right hand drive why is that? Now I am really confused!

I know of one or two bays which have had split window side panels fitted or smaller windows put on panel vans, some pics would help.
I think someone on here is selling one of those brazilian bay split vans on here somewhere you could compare.

i'm no expert (PM dave eccles... he's your man for oddball stuff) but i reckon '69 is too early for all that hybrid 'nonsense' and it's more likely to be a home-made conversion, possibly on a panelvan ?

i have been known to be wrong :roll: i just thought i'd stick my oar in on the off-chance of looking like an expert when the photos are posted :wink:

wow how cool is that! No mine has low lights in the front and it has standard bay flared air vents. It also does not have the rear windows that wrap around the corners. I seem to have a nice wooden devon conversion inside though. I guess that makes it 12 windows eh?

First few digits of the chassis number would confirm that - will be in the log book as well so no need to get cold :wink:
