Westy flooring, how thick???

I have the top piece with the original floor covering, but the ply underneath needs replacing, can anyone tell me what millimetre the ply is under the top layer.
Was going to get 12mm but someone said its thinner???

Also floor in first then the side panel, or panel in first and but the floor up to that???

I've just done mine , and I fitted the side panel 1st then the floor.
6mm for the top and 9mm for the bottom is what i used , and some nice sealed cork tiles on top

Invest in marine ply. Costly but it will last forever.
