What are these buddy seats from?

I picked these up about a year ago expecting to use them in my bus but plans changed and they won’t fit now.

I was told they were from a bus but I don’t know what type. I’m going to try shifting them on and it’d help to know. Any ideas?

They seem to connect to each other side by side.
