Where/when to meet up at VanFest ?

Obviously a great opportunity for all us Earlybayers to meet up at VanFest but never having been before not sure whats the best place - somewhere on the Friday night - I know lots are camping with their clubs .. ?

It'll be a bit of a free for all on Friday but maybe encourage anyone travelling alone to have a mobile contact for someone else to park by on arrival. I was lucky in the extreme last year to just bump into baron on my way in. I'm not sure I'd have felt so at home camping alone among so many people with friends.

Baron's film show idea could draw people in - so long as it works!

Maybe we can gather early on Saturday on the way out of the field before we head for the gates? We can maybe also then get our groupings right for the lineup - PVP, Partners etc.

Not an easy task at Vanfest, it's soo big. Perhaps in one of the entertainment halls?

yes that was me back in the 50s when i was minus 40 or so!
