Which primer / undercoat?

Hi All

On with clearing my bus out for its first interior makeover. Got a couple of flaky spots on main cargo floor that I'll sand down and stick some kurust on.

Got some rattle can grey primer and topcoat. But is this ok? People mention red oxide primer/zinc primer/etch primer etc?!

Any advice appreciated!

Zinc or etch bare metal areas. Normal grey primer over that and over anything that is already painted.
