Hi all

Thinking about going it alone with the cycle industry.... would anyone consider using a Cycle Courier? I know of a few in Cardiff but would cover the bridgend and surrounding area.

Cardiff is way busier traffic wise than Bridgend area so bikes make sense there, but with the increased fuel charges and global warming due companies might like a clean same day courier service.

Any professional types on here, Solicitors etc would find me use full?

Any other small town/city folk have experience of the service?

Cheers

Phil

I work in the city (London) and there are heaps of cycle couriers razzing about in lycra on their fixed-wheel-stripped-back machines.

So somebody must be using them :)

V. cool if you ask me 8)

I know what the traffics like in Cardiff did my driving test there a while back.....

You really need to market research the area and its proposed clientel....see what local interchange there is....

London can keep that many cycle couriers because there's such a high concentration of business's that use them, I guess it just depends on what you have on your doorstep. I think someone tried to set up a bike courier service in Bristol a few years back but haven't heard anything from them since.

Best of luck with it though if you try it, certainly see you fit before the summers out!
