More of a beetle thing. Haven't seen them on an EB. They look OK but again I wouldn't fork out 200 for repro crap that's going to rust in a year.

chris, yep these are repros and made in mexico as far as I know. i thought it was more of a splitty thing? but again, i could be wrong.

thats not my price! nor do i carry these with me. its the price on which others are selling :D

What i meant to say, is that as you are producing a few bits and bobs, maybe there would be a market for someone else to sell a cheaper repro set of the repro ones selling for £200?

Didnt explain well, soz

Id get a set if they were cheaper. I quite like em.
Would get them rechromed before using them though.

Rich

i would roll these too if these were cheaper. these are cool. but i wont chrome them instead would either roll them raw or painted like commercial hubcaps ;)

Roll em raw?
They would rust so quickly, that you'd be able to see your wheel bolts within a fortnight  .

Pakistan isn't as wet as UK beside the city I am in Pakistan (Multan) is like Sunny California of Pakistan with temperatures over 122 fahrenheit in peak summers, so yes, i have the luxury roll them raw ;)

Wouldnt last 10 minutes over here without protection.
May treat myself if a set turns up at the right price.

Rich

Cool.
Let me know if you get a set for sale.
If the moneys there, il have em.
Whats the history behind the design?
Did VW themselves produce them at some point or are they all aftermarket?

Rich

I have no idea if VW originally produced these but I will shortly know more. here is little more on VW Logo History ;)
