Since I got the van 3 years ago, I have been struggling with crap brakes, after they recently dstarted binding on I decided to overhaul the whole system, so I have rebuilt the calipers, new pads, disks, servo (brazilian, thanks for the how to Johnny) the master cylinder and the front flexis, and the feeder tube from the reseviour to the master, and now when I hit the brakes its like driving a different van! just need to get them to bed in now.

I have noticed that the front is a pain to bleed, so I will need another tweak at it, is it the top then the bottom on the front calipers, does it matter?

I am running the servo from a Vaccum pump as my engine is getting rebuilt at the moment and I have a temp one in that doesnt have a vac take off the manifold

next to change the inner and outer bushes on the spring plates as its a bit saggy

You only bleed the top ones on the calipers.

The reason there are two is so that one type of caliper can be fitted to either left or right side of the vehicle.

If you have one, don't forget to also bleed the front/rear brake compensator.
