Wide 5 wheels with disc brakes?

Hi guys,
I'm wanting to fit early style steel wheels on my 68 but have had later hubs and disc brakes fitted. I tried years ago to fit a set of 14" with wheel adapters but the calipers were fouling on the wheel rim.
If I could find some, would 15" splitty ones fit ?

don't your brakes over heat with solid wheels on

Is that with 15" wheels?

They are standard 14" steels

No problem what so ever with overheating the brakes, sounds like you have other issues
