ive parked up an slept pretty much anywere, never been a problem as long as ur respectfull.

I think all I meant was that for example you can't pull up on the hard shoulder have a few beer and sleep. But there are plenty of places you wouldn't get seen or they wouldn't care, for example I was parked up in a local park car park one night, no not that, and got moved on as it's privately owed

I do wild camping all other uk, wales, and Scotland. Ive never had any trouble and prefer it . The last camp site i nearly stayed in was Dorset at £170 for min of three days i turned the van round and parked at side of a farmers field great spot no problem
