I want to order some window seals for my bus, it has a vent window (quarterlight) in the sliding door and one in one of the rear windows, so i obviously need two 3/4 seals. The question is, will the same 3/4 seal item fit both rear window and the sliding door window apertures if you know what i mean???. If i buy the seals from Status am i likely to be able to fit them ok?

Thanks once again,

James

Have you done any before ?

I ask because I tried to do one of these once - after 6 hours (2 of which were spent trying
the string method) I gave up and went to the local windscreen fitters (not Autoglass) and bung a guy a tenner to fit one in his coffee break.

Best tenner I ever spent. Of course many peeps have done this no problem, but I have to admit I found it tough. This cold weather will not help the flexibility of the seal either. Oh yes and apparently it's bad form to use was-up liquid as it's corrosive.

Good luck

James.
