Hi all,
my bus came from the original owner with some Wolfburg crest mudflaps on the rear. they are presently clamped on to the closing panel, however , i'm not sure that is the original way VW would have done it, and the OG brackets have gone walkies!

where can I get another set of these flaps with the Wolfy crest on?

also,I found this link to volkswebbin, of a chap who made his own - excellent! I'll have a ham handed effort myself if all else fails, but is there a bracket kit commercially available?

cheers - Doris

or you could buy these:
http://aircooled-museum.wifeo.com/type-2-mudflaps.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

or at least copy the brackets ;)

these are what came with it from the original owner. if you can just about make out in the picture,there is a cut out at the top outer edges which more or less matches the contour or the rear corner (although not fitted correctly at present) & look like they are designed to fit around the body contour. I'm assuming they are for a Bay (not a type 3 or something else!??) all the other Bay ones I've seen are just straight so it's got me thinking!!!..............?? what you think?
