WTD rock n roll supports

I have a pair of JK bed hinges , but require the two supports that come in the kit ( they sit on the underside of the wood to support the bed ). I have contacted JK, but they cannot supply seperatly.
Any advice also appreciated as I havnt got the wood yet and would prefer to make from ply rather than MDF. Any info concerning thickness etc, its going to be full width in a splittie
