Update..
now polished up and the black primer bits painted yellow.
We also fitted a replacement engine (no more end float) that runs really well.
rear bumper now fitted and a new set of hubcaps.
we're also thowing in a rear bench seat and a full-lenth (original) headlining.

Forgot to say - no more end float we put a decent engine in it last week. Rear bumper now fitted too. One of the lads has also got decent chimney lined up for it too.
Its now registered with Tax & MOT. We're taking it to Volksworld show if anyone want to see it. It will be full of used bits si come early enough and we could sell you a ready made business!
Thanks Doug. You are right - its in amazing condition. Our customer bought it in 2006 and loves it but its a bit small for 4 of them so its looking for a new home. We've had some lovley vans pass through our hands but this has to be the best one for years. I'm not sure if we'll find another like it.

Check the earth strap. should run from the n/s front of the gearbox to the chassis - about 8" long. Don't just look at - give it a tug they nearly always come off the box end
