Never heard of them afraid dude. I believe the London Motor Museum in Ruislip also offer a similar storage set up. Again, I can't vouch for them or anything, but they may be a bit nearer for you.

How much paint you need will depend on how many coats you want to put on. More coats obviosuly means more paint. A couple of litres of each should get you a good 3 coats I'd say, if you're going half and half.
