i've never used adrian flux, but did try to get a quote off footman james but they wouldn't insure my westy because i didn't have a cooker fitted :shock: :? i went with peter best in the end ,very good service/package (european cover and breakdown cover) only insured it for £6500 cost £160...

i use ankor wax on my bug, i get it from usk valley fluid power (abergavenny) only catch is morris lubricants will only supply it with min order of 4 x gallon tins works out about 20 quid for a gallon

i've always liked the diversity in the vw seen, and ultra covers it pretty well, t4's aren't my thing but i doubt the mag would servive without reaching out to the whole scene, anyway that split bug is awesome, some real nice vehicles coming out of canada and love the split from japan 8) :D

i love the enkei slot mag style rims, really wanted them for my westy but went for re-powder coated steels and whitewalls for yankee doodle look, sweet choice though bud 8)

i wanted to keep as much og as poss, what panels did you use ? and were they a good fit ? my windscreen panel appears to have a fair bit of "bondo" in it under the window rubber. how far down the panel is it best to cut to blend in the new piece ?

i was just wondering which route to go down with front panel repairs. i need the panel under the windscreen and front lower valance, should i go new if so who sells the best panels? or should i get some cuts off other buses breaking? (its a 71 cali westy) recommendations please

i had to go to local dvla centre to change the log book on our bug, went through the same story as you could not get free tax until log book stated historic vehicle. it didn't take long in the dvla centre picked up tax disc while in there and they sent off the log book for it to be changed, came...
