My Mother in law has finally got the message this year after I explained that if she is going to by camper related stuff it has to have a VW badge and NOT the CMD badge!

I have never been disappointed with any of the Halfords Professional tools, taken apart and built umpteen different cars, still as shape as they where when I bought them 12years ago!

I had the Aldi one, left it on the car over winter came back to find it failed and drained the battery beyond re charging.. Was a new battery that cost me £60 so that was £120 on batteries in a couple of months.. was not best pleased

The needle on my fuel gauge sometimes jumps up if I tap it, deffo going to need to look at it at some point, hope its just a dodgy connection

ATE only IMO and sadly yes you have o do all four I bought some cheap repo ones from GSF (Brax I think the make was) and one of them literally lasted 5 miles before severely leaking brake fluid which is obviously flipping dangerous and not only means you have minimal brakes but it also when...

I bought the JK ones, sent them back as they where far too hard and the clips where nigh on impossible to mount to the sides

I had the same problem fitting mine too, had to elongate a couple of the holes on the towbar to fit it
