    Oil in air filter?!

Hi all and seasons greetings. For those that read my last nightmare thread about being ripped off..... My luck continues. She now backfires and looses power above 30. Nice man from AA came and discovered new spark plugs blacked up. Told me it must be running rich. When he looked in air...

    Done over again!

It's been an interesting read. I've had my bus 3 years now and everyone to date that has had dealings with it has screwed me over one way or another. 1. Bloke I bought it from on fleabay ripped me off. Through my honest nature and naivety I still bought it. 2. First paint shop did a...

    Done over again!

To add further, in this economic crisis and small businesses crumbling, it seems to me with our buses being of a specialist nature, some garages have us over a barrel knowing no matter what standard of work is produced, they know we have to bow down and give in.

    Done over again!

Thanks Doris I'll give them a try. Betsy thanks but I'll pass on that one if you get my hint. All I'll say is that people shouldn't be in this game if they complain about the amount of work and effort they have to do to our loved and cherished vehicles. Especially after when they've been...

Bus needs to be garaged for insurance!

Just tried Heritage. 2 quotes. First over £600 and next £30 cheaper than one in place. Pisses me off. I'm in Wigan council but have Manchester post code so bumps up premium. The bloody bus does 60mph, only vehicle, careful experienced driver but still gets stung way over odds. Rant over!!

Hi. I've got my heater under my R n R bed on the slope. The gas bottle I've got in the spare wheel troff running standard rubber gas pipe. I've got the air vent just coming out under the seat but recently bought a 'Y' junction. I hope to run this in the old long tube to the front, up the...
