I have some UK-spec OEM ones - are they different? They're a sort of dark greeny-black - similar to 1960's Kangol ones I think... ( they might even be Kangol but can't remember, they've been in a box for a year!)

As a relatively quick fix, though not totally pretty, I suppose you could replace the jets with rubber bungs with washer hose coming through the middle, into a short (but obviously visible) loop of hose, then clip it to the wiper arm itself and fit some arm-mounted washer jets?
