CSP install - dust cover issue

Haha I can see why you gave up, started slowly thinking they'd go on easy then ended up knocking the b/Jesus out of them all to no avail... It's a pain as the rest of the kit is well put together and the dust caps just feel like a bit of a bodge. I've mailed the guys at CSP so maybe I'll get a...

    Westy roof safety bracket

Not sure if anyone's as paranoid as me but my kids sleep in the roof of our westy on a conversion that replaces the fold out bed. The hinges are fine but when its windy I'm worried they'll snap back and the roof will drop down. It weighs a bloody ton so not worth thinking about... So have...

Tapered bearings on steering peg ? re-fit ?

I planned to, bought the seals and new pin then decided against it and had mine refurbed by power-steering.co.uk. But spent an age looking at how to do it: this write up was pretty ideal - http://www.itinerant-air-cooled.com/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=11096" onclick="window.open(this.href);return...

Dale if you do let me know as I'll be keen to get one looking at the quality of your post. It'll save me cutting off my fingers with a b&q router. I can always sell the laminate and marine ply on - or maybe trade materials for labour :-)

    Westfalia interior

I know, the install for my sergeant & webasto panel cost a couple of hundred pounds and rectifying the drilled panels is costing a lot more. Have to write instructions next time rather than just thinking they would remember what I told them :-( Were the Stanford hall ones for an early bay...
