1970 Buddy Seat

I'm in the process of restoring all my Westy furniture, but I'm not 100% sure that my buddy seat is correct for the bus. Does anyone have photos of their 1970 model buddy seats before I start the work?

Thanks, in the 1970 Westfalia manual, the hook up socket is on the seat, but they have another picture with it on the side of the bus. Mine is on the seat too, but your two pictures have it on the side.

The height of the seat and the magazine storage looks identical to mine otherwise. I guess the seats changed from year to year. I think my van leans towards being a 1969 model.

The point is that the seat I was offered is totally different in height so I have some serious chopping up to do! Punch me if this restoration is getting a tad anal.

Sounds like you may have been offers a 71 seat as they are taller.
