1970 VW Bay Tintop For Sale - £9800
MOT until March 2019
UK bus - RHD. Located in Portsmouth.
I have owned for 7 years, but finally succumbed to pressure and selling due to lack of use. Growing family means that we no longer all can sleep in it – opportunity to go away on my own is limited
Formerly a microbus, now has RnR bed in back.
Engine/Mechanics
1641 TP engine (replaced by previous owner)
Weber 32/36 Progressive carb
Vintage speed hidden exhaust
Empi 5 spoke wheels with Toyo load rated tyres – plenty of tread
Interior
RnR bed with red/cream vinyl (from Delilah's)
2x 3 point seatbelts mounted to body (factory fittings as was originally microbus) plus fittings for a lap belt if required – easily available
Matching buddy seat cushions
Too much more to list - please PM for more detail.
The bus is generally solid and polishes up well – however there are a few cosmetic areas that could do with tidying. Happy to describe these in more detail/send more photos.
