I bought a Micobus from Nevada and this one was offered to me by the same family so i bought it to help pay for shipping cost sharing a container.
It is a very straight bus with no rust or rot anywhere, underneath is rock solid with no under seal covering anything up. The original paint underneath can be seen on the pics.
All the gutters, archers, door steps are rust free, the only repair is to the battery tray.
The chrome bumbers are in the bus along with other spares.
I was assured by the VW enthusiast owner that the engine is in great working order but there is currently a electrical problem preventing me from stating it, it only arrived on Friday so i havent had chance to look at it.
It has been painted by the previous owner but for cosmetic reasons rather than covering any nasty rust, you can tell from all the usual points under windscreen, arches doors that there is no filler.
The paint work is not perfect with a few paint runs on the side of the body but these could be easily sorted.
The Interior,
The front seats have been recovered in original colour and vinyl from Wolfbergs West and are perfect.
The middle rear seat is missing but the back seat is in and in great condition.
The front door handles are missing but there are brand new ones in the bus. one door card is off but again there is one in the bus.
I want to describe this bus the best i can so give me a call or send an e.mail. it would suit anyone wanting a super solid bus with ideas keeping as a micro bus or converting into a camper.
The steering rods got bent in transit so need replacing.
