California import registered in the UK 2007. Service history from US dating from 1990 and full UK service history. Complete with original Operating instructions for Campmobile 70 and Owner’s Manual plus California plates.
This bus was complete and original when imported apart from having received a “blow over” paint job and believed to be fitted with a recon 1600 twin port engine. Being a dry state bus the chassis and body were in rust free condition

Classic Black number plates fitted

Recent new battery, engine service and tune up including oil change, new plugs and fan belt £2700.00 spent on front panel repair including new lower windscreen surround and lower front valence. Professional repaint of front panel and front doors which is not an exact paint match with the bus as can be seen in photos. Dash, steering column, gear stick refurbished.
Bad points;
Odd dent and non perfect paint
Slight rust bubble on sliding door
Driver’s seat base torn

Presentable bus with sound chassis and reasonable body work. Reliable engine. Servo assisted brakes with front discs. Full original Westfalia interior with new seat covers complete with stool, rear mozzie net, cab child’s bunk.
