270 miles, Kent to Malborough in Devon, she ran sweet as a nut and only stalled once, came close loads tho ;-) . The kids loved it , took 7 hours door to door including a lunch stop and a final petrol top up stop. She averaged just over 31 mpg on motorways and slightly under on A roads (A303) so I think that's quite good isn't it? The van has a Type 1 1600 (Mexican I think) with a single carb. Happy days 8)

thats good going i averaged 28 on at trip to Normandy, seems like its set up pretty well.
