3 rib gearbox from a 1968 bay
I ran this for a year before swapping for a 2L box . It's sat in my garage for the last ten years as a spare. I have now sold my bus so this is no longer needed £150 located in Leicester

Hi Paul, thanks for posting your gearbox on here.
Do you have a bit of history/info on the box?
How was the box before you pulled it, did it shift nicely without any noise?
Has it been rebuilt?
Does it leak?
Is it worn?

Hi, the box came in my old bus which I Imported from california. I changed the oil and ran it with a 1600 engine for a year with no problem. I then converted to subaru and a 2L box. It's been dry stored in my garage off the floor for at Least ten years. Everything moves freely and they are no signs of leaks. Ideally it would be good to get it reconditioned while out or at least change the seals. Thanks Paul
