Looks quite tidy - whats with the flap on the nearside moon vent :?:

thats an electrical 240v socket point, very common on aussie vans....cable goes down to the engine bay behind the air vents.....not very pretty!

Agree, not to pretty but the rest of the van look right :D

That power connectionis for when you pull in at the powered camp sites. They are usually on the pop tops.
Down here there is asubtle difference with our descriptions.
"Campers" are only the pop tops.
The non poppers are just microbuses or Kombies.
I don't read many of the UK buses described as Kombies, must be a downunder thing.
A true kombi is a panel van with factory fitted windows, no rear seating as standard and no rooflining in the rear. They have the floormounts for the seats though, so they a are combination of delivery van and people mover (or Catholic sports car) hence "Kombi"
You are all probably well aware of this little piece of trivia I suppose.

P.S. the sticker in the centreof the rear window is for our national youth radio station. It is called "Triple J" so there is some authentic Australian heritage there!

Yeah I had to do some research on triple J as their stickers are on loads of the vans!
Most of them have the rego stickers too.
