Hi everyone I am selling my 1970 SO61 imported this year with a view to make a nice family camper. Unfortunately there was a bit more welding needed than the Guy told me about, so the pot ran out of funds. Basicaly we have used it for Jambo and a week in Devon, with no problems (she returned 29mpg) She is two berth with 3/4 r&r bed, sink, coolbox, and wardrobe. lots of new bits fitted, comes with driveaway awning, UK registered, tax & mot 07/09, sorry to sell this rare bus but split needs work, would consider px beetle £6,250 ono follow link to view photos http://s229.photobucket.com/albums/ee280/thesplitsombrero/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yep that's me, hope it doesn't put anyone off the van :lol: taken at jambo after a couple of ciders!

Hi Ballbag, no mate she was welded for the mot, new front arches, outriggers b post etc, I have the list of panels, the only thing I bought that wasn't fitted was offside rear 1/4 panel, (goes with van) I simply ran out of money, (I dont weld, might be learning after this though :eek:)). the rest of the money went on getting it UK legal. Runs well and It's a shame to sell, but other commitments mean she has to go. if you want any more info call me on 01278 723186. Regards Gary
