Ok 1st up, I sized my BRMs up today before I went and put rubber on them... Firstly the hub nut goes way beyond the point of being able to fit the center cap? do I need different center caps?

secondly the choice of tyre size seems to be limited due to the rear arch lip in line with the wheel its hard to see in the photos where it comes to... too much offset?

Thirdly if I do fit these wheels will these wheel studs be too long? I did fit the wheel using two of them and gave it a spin...didnt seem to be catching anywhere inside the drum.

Old bolts...

New bolts...

Im guessing the handbrake cables should pass through this hole on the spring plates... seems it would be stressed through the holes as much as where its sitting now, especially with the weight of the van lifting the plates.

And lastly... does anyone know where I can get some rubber brake pipe gromet thingies from...mine broke up when I removed them

Yes, you need to get some taller centre caps.

Most of the suppliers sell them, although I got mine off eBay for something ridiculously cheap. :)
You'll need to trim the wheel bolts down as well.
I've got 195/60/15 fitted on the back and dropped 1-2 splines. They fit OK, a bit close, just a bugger to get them off.

ask at a friendly trye shop if they can fit a worn tyre first as I could only get 175's under the rear of mine and they were close
