Advice...Danbury or Dormobile

I wondered if I could get some opinions please...

I have just bought a Danbury and was thinking about getting a Dormobile roof instead. But I prefer the location of the Danbury roof, as it's more towards the rear, and the pictures I've seen of the Dormobile, the roofs are towards the front.

Would it look wrong to have the Dormobile roof in the same position as the Danbury?

If I wanted to keep it feeling authentic (in the correct position), would I need to do a lot of work cutting the roof etc?

What are Danbury roofs/Dormobile roofs like to live with?

hi having fitted both types of roof to camper vans.im a big big fan of the dormobile.as it feels like theres more space inside you also get alot more head room. i do find the danbury roof a bit of a complicated set .up but its all up to the style you like......as for where the dormobile roof sits on the van have a look on this fourm for pics of the goose . hope this helps i will just add that i do own a dormobile and because i have fitted pop tops from most companies the dormobile stood out to me just my 2 pence 8)
