How often does everyone clean their air filter on their crabs? I have EMPI ICT 34's and the air filters are looking a little grubby after 3000 miles and wondering if it is time for a clean?

I do mine once a year. Just wash them out in some washing powder and paint them with some light oil.

Get the proper K&N cleaning and oiling kit. Engine oil is too heavy for the airfilters and will get thick over time reducing the efficiency. Use the proper stuff, it is a light machine oil with a red die in it so you can see where you have covered the filter.

Here here! I ran twin 36's a few years ago and used the proper filter oil, bit pricey but worth every penny. Also used it when I had a motor cross bike.
