Hello Brits,
Does anyone know is that parts seller A H Schofield still in business?
I tried to order his sheet metal and other parts. Sended couple of emails. No answer.
They claim in their webshop to "ship parts World Wide".

I am very careful to buy parts of any Brittish seller after I was once robbed of by one british seller (status vw).
Took money but sended only half of the order. And did nothing even after several phone calls.

It doesn't actually matter anymore, because i did get fynky green panels instead.
Just curious, why it is so hard with british shops/manufacturers to get simple answers to inquieries.
Is rest of Europe too far away?
Simple NO answer is often enough, because waiting only looses my valuable project time.

15 year ago I lost interest in brittish motorbikes for similar reason. It was very hard to get spare parts here.

They're still trading, as I've just had a delivery of panels.
Perhaps you would be better off giving them a phone call.

I usually drive over to Schofields, definitely still trading in September when I went.

That is possible. I never have had problems with many european suppliers.
Because I don't speak perfect english, I prefer to contact with email to prevent misunderstandings.

I got the needed metalparts elsewhere. So restoration can continue full speed.
Maybe better luck next time.
