What’s everyone think of the new Alpine iLX-FD90D? It’d look pretty good in some vans who have a modern twist. The only issue for me, is possible theft as it’s a big unit and the screen is a bit ‘in your face’.

My Kids and Missus would love this though! .... but can't have them all climbing into the cockpit to piss around with it!!!

Same here [emoji23][emoji23]

It’s a nice piece of kit, and being Alpine will be quality too.

It just won’t suit all vans or tastes. And probably pointless in a daily-driver, as it’d get nicked.

I like your idea though - something to think about!

But hoping that the Pure Digital radio has in imput jack then all is good as it is self powered. ;-)
Should work.....!?

Nice choice of test song... :party0006:

Not got a photo of the install but I have a 3.5mm jack plug off the back of a four channel amp. Two 5inch in the front panels, two 6x9s and a 10inch sub under the bed. Sounds good and hides away easily.
I have an OG radio in the dash but it's not connected, just there for show.
I did have a Sony head unit in the buddy seat but never really used it and then my son tipped a drink over it and it went pop!
