Hi guys we are expecting our first child on the 6th of September and just wondered what people have done for sleeping for baby's. obviously thinking for next years show season so he or she will be 6/7 months old. Any ideas or pics I would be most grateful. Only have a turret pop top. Many thanks

Congratulations mate!

Our little lady is either going in a travel cot at the foot of the bed, cab hammock or if her mum gets her way, they'll be in the bed and I'll be out in the tent!

When mine was small, Moses basket on plank of wood that spanned front seats. Ratchet strap from. Door handle to door handle.

Sounds a bit budget, but it passed inspection - forget TUV this was WIFE approved!

Congratulations!

A cab bunk works really well for young children, we have used ours one with no problems. I would recommend putting one of those sponge self inflating thermal roll mats on top of the cab bunk for a bit of comfort and warmth for the little one.

  this is my intentions exactly! My little one is due in 3/4 weeks so I'm gonna need to sort out a cab bunk aswell. I have no doubt this will become a storage shelf and I end up sleeping under the bus!!

having a baby at first can b a shock with the sleepless nights etc
U never know u may get a baby that sleeps ( we didnt )
Calpol is great tho :)
It will b our first year out in the bus this year wife wife a 5 year old and six month old we plan on getting a cab hammock and may take a mini childs blow up bed for the floor

we struggled with the amount of stuff we needed to bring ... buggy etc  and in the end used a separate tent with travel cot. we were Also really nervous about the boy climbing off the front seat hammock might try again this year
