Hi Guys, got to replace one of my ball joint boots as its starting to crack ( no holes YET ) so wheres the best place to get good quality boots ( joint is good ) do not want to have to do it again for a while and heard that there is some poor quality ones about.

I haven't used these , but they look really good quality and come with clips, When I did mine 3 or 4 years ago) I couldn't get clips anywhere)

For anyone digging up this old thread I can recommend Mecatech balljoint covers - made of neoprene. I bought them direct from my area supplier (check http://www.mecatech.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) in a box of 12. Tight fit but strong :D

Nice one, I repllaced mine late 2011 and the vans done hardy any mileage but checking them one looks goosed :shock: I have had a look on the site and they look "Propper" :mrgreen:

how do you change just the boot??
i take it you still have to release the ball joint to gain access??? :oops:
 
All you have to do is release the balljoint from the knuckle - which sounds so easy :shock: :evil: :lol:
