Never been to a show before so what's the score with parking etc for this event. Do we all turn up en masse and there is somewhere to park on the common.

Need to see if I can persuade the other half to go ... but seeing we are in the Petersfield area if we go a run down the A3 would be good.

We are at family in Haylingso will deffo br there , cruise in would be sweet 8)

Yes, it's in my calendar, and is just 'down the road' (M27) from me.

I'd be up for a cruise in.

It would be nice if we could have a line up. :D

Maybe we could all meet along the promenade to the east and arrive en masse and park together in the show and shine 8) ( might have to be earlyish ).
What do people reckon?

Any suggestions for a time etc?

Id be up for that Jeremy ,

Meet at half eigh nine ish as show opens at 9AM ! 8)

Sounds like a plan 8) . 8.30 would be good. Just need to agree on a suitable meeting point along the prom. I think the long straight sea side road to the east is called The Esplanade. I'm sure if one of us parks up along there somewhere we'll be spotted and others can join us.

Im defo up for that , like i say i am in Portsmouth that weekend so hope to be there 8;15 ish 8)

Some more info:
Beachbuggin' 10th Anniversary show is being held on Sunday 15th August on Southsea common, Portsmouth.

Last year's show was bigger and better than ever and the team have made a few more improvements for 2010.

The show is £10 per vehicle to enter, regardless of how many passengers and included in this is a goodie bag.

The show is being held once again for charity and this year's charity is Portsmouth Autism Support Network. Gates open from 9am to 5pm and ALL BEACH BUGGIES ARE FREE! Last year saw a HUGE amount of buggies and this year we are expecting even more.

There are limited trade plots left, so please contact the organisers through the website if you wish to trade at http://www.beachbuggin.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The best news is that Swapmeet plots for non commercial use are only £10. There is no pre-booking needed for this, just turn up on the day with some ID, pay your tenner and set up your stuff

A map is also on the website or the post code for those of you with GPS is PO5 3AA

i'm up for this!
Just as soon as i sort out where your talking about

Looking forward to it. :D

At that time of the morning parking along the seafront will be easy, so it shouldn't be a problem for those who arrive early for a cruise in, and are waiting for others to turn up.

A couple of pics from last year to whet your appetites....

Along the coast road to the east near Grazys' bus which will be there from 8.15ish I guess. I hope to be there 8.30-8.45ish. Show opens at 9.00. The road should be very empty at that time so it should be apparent where we are and it shouldn't be too far from showground. There's a pier, maybe that would be a good spot?

The pier is South Parade Pier (as opposed to Clarence Pier, where the fun-fare and hovercraft terminal is.)
Southsea Common (where the event is) is only half a mile or so from here.

See you there! :D
