My postie was almost as interested as me when he delivered a small boxed parcel from Amsterdam this morning

Inside were...

... the adjusters I'd ordered from slammedpanel. Look tonka to me - and were an absolute bargain too. Is there any way of working out how much drop they'll give?

And check out the tulip bulb they sent too - a nice touch me thinks. And the stickers would like smart if you had slammed panel...

Shame they won't be going on our current bus... but hey ho...

The guys at slammedpanel have re-org'd their business and I think as I had my name down for some of their dropped spindles (which they stopped producing) they let me have the adjusters at a discounted price.

A case of me being in the right-place-at-the-right-time - but you never know they may have more sets to sell?

I'll have to be very careful here - but I understand there are historical reasons why the CSP and the slammedpanel adjusters look similar. I'll say no more for fear of possible litigation!

Back on the subject of dropped spindles... Chris at SP says that he's looking at producing an all-new dropped spindle (using regular ball-joints). So good news there too!!!

Grazy: Sorry but I'm gonna hang onto the stickers for now. But drop him an email ([email protected]) - he's a quality guy!

if he can produce a similar drop as the original spindles they were making but with no risk of ruining standard ball joints ill be the first with my name down
