not long took me 2 hours a caliper to do my t25 ones which are very simular. Im not a pro and not somehitn i do often at all.. maybe an hour a side if they are alredy off.. Id always rebuild them as a pair though..
what could cause problems though is to pop piston out and its pitted.. maybe just err on the side of caution.. spend 88 a side and get new ones? (which is prolly what id do)
