Another show season is sadly coming to an end. I didn't get to many shows at all this year. Was a little dissapointed on the whole, but still enjoyed some of the smaller and Euro shows.

Hi wig, the ashys will be there, won't need to pad out the Santa suit !! Since packing in smoking 5 months ago I've put on over a stone!!!

 brilliant.....got a propex top of my Santa list so there will be no excuses next year !!!!

Thanks for posting this Wiggy - been meaning to put a thread up for a while but not got round to it. I'll put some more details up this week :)

Can't believe it's that time of year again already!

As posted elsewhere too...

Yes, it's that time of year again!

This year, Bristol Christmas Cruise / Santa Cruise will be on Sunday December 1st.

As usual, there will be loads to do, and all proceeds will go to charity. Last year, we raised £2500 which was split between our chosen charities.

Schedule for this year -

* Gates open at Washingpool farm from 11am, with free teas, coffee and mince pies available.

* CRUISE LEAVES APPROX 12.15pm. Route TBC

* Cruise arrives Fry's Club Bristol 1.00pm. We're sorry, but NO dogs are allowed at Fry's club - this is beyond our control.

*Autojumble, bouncy castle, raffle, kids activity table, hot food and bar.

* Cost is £5 per vehicle – which gives entry to the show-site. Please pay on arrival.

* Free autojumble/parts sales for private sellers - please email [email protected] in advance

400 varied goody-bags - these will include cruise route directions. The route will be posted on the website soon.

* Some trade pitches available - please contact [email protected] - donations to charity are asked for from traders.

* As usual, there'll be prizes awarded to the furthest travelled and best dressed vehicles, and also for the best Christmas jumper.

So, you can catch up with your mates, do some Christmas shopping, have a great time on the cruise - and know that you're doing something really good raising money for 2 great causes - Prospects Prostate Cancer Support group ( http://www.prostatecancerbristol.org.uk/index.php/home )and Hammer Out Brain Tumours (http://www.hammerout.co.uk/)

More info will be posted both here and on facebook as and when it happens.

As usual, ALL interesting cars welcome, especially when the cars are decorated :) )
