The display is already down on the list, but please make sure that when you book you state "early bay display" so that they can be added to our unique club booking.
The cut off date for all club bookings is 15th May. WE WILL HOLD THE EARLY BIRD PRICING (£35) IN PLACE FOR ALL DISPLAY CLUBS.

Please note if you are coming for the lineup, there is NO pay on the day access this year.
Tickets must be purchased in advance so that we have a definitive list of numbers before the event. This helps us to effectively allocate each club enough space, making sure we don't over/under estimate the amount of space really needed for each group.


As you are aware we have changed the venue this year and have moved to a beautiful, green fields farm site, which we hope will become the new home for Bristol Volksfest.
The site is really nicely laid out on lush flat grass fields that all lead from the Day visitor access, Family camping and through Club Camping alley to the main arena field, which is where we will be camping behind the display line.
Because of this vehicle movement over the weekend is restricted, and access to the display area is through the Trade/performers/service entrance only. So ideally you'll be camping with us, because once you're in, you're in for the weekend.
We will send out special instructions and maps closer to the time, but the main thing you need to be aware of is that we cannot have any vehicle movement on site between 9.00—16.00 on Saturday and Sunday and access will be possible, but tricky through the Trade/performers/service entrance after 21.00 on Friday.

I also have a question. If I want to have an awning as I'm bringing the wife and kids, I'm guessing the awning will need to be put up behind the display and then I'll move the van back to attach it up etc on Saturday evening?

OK, Bristol Volksfest is just a month away and advance bookings for reserved club spaces ends today, but I may have a couple of days grace for you to get any tickets if you haven't already.
In order that I can get everything sorted, I need to know who's coming and who's not asap, so I can get the area allocated to us.
Because we're in the main arena the plot we're given is dependent upon the number of tickets booked, so if there's anyone who wishes to be on our stand who hasn’t booked in, please sort your booking out asap or you could very well be disappointed and not be able to join the earlybay.com lineup.

Please remember there are NO pay on the day tickets for the main arena lineup.
There will, of course, be space in general camping.

It's going to be very busy indeed, so I'm being pressured to get you all organised.

Unfortunately because of the our position at the top end of the main arena, any vehicle movement will be almost impossible. I've been asking if we can get any buses in early (8ish) Saturday morning, but haven't received any confirmation yet. I'll keep you posted.
