Lately ive seen a couple of "raw" looking BRMs are these blasted and then treated with something or can you buy them like this? or are they original? (not clued up on this kind of thing) cuz am i right in thinking if you blast repro ones they will oxidise and go white? any help please :? ;)

Take a look at my thread (in sig below). I got some 'raw' BRM's from MWS. No paint or anything on them. They will need a clean and treating (with something. Don't know what though) to keep them looking good.

I know one guy who had some MWS BRMs blasted and then just left them ... theyve oxidised and now look fab on his (split) van.

Clem did they go white first and then calm down?
