Bus back from paint shop (At Last)

Just picked our 69 tintop up from the paint shop, now the nice work starts, started by fitting our new wheels we got from a very very nice man on this forum

Nice job! Is this also L512 Velvet Green with L87 Pearl White, like mine?

Funny how colours don't come out the same in a photo. It's actually Turkis L380 and Pastel White L90D, but it does look very similar in the PIC. The Pastel White actually looks more cream in real life.

Yup! Only way could get it through the garage door :lol:

In fact we had to take the garage door off it was that close :shock:

We have a solution though.

Well almost a twin - we actually got a sample of Old English White after seeing a classic mini done in it. To be honest the difference in samples we had was negligible - Pastel White was almost identical to Old English White. We are only 6 miles from Warrington so most likely will see each other. But I suspect you may beat us to "back on the road" Good luck!

BTW - we also got a sample of Pearl White and it was very beigey and dark really. Looked nothing like that Splitty we mutually saw.
