Hi

The rear 3 seater bench in my bus has grab straps on the back that pull a metal bracket off a bolt that's fastened into the side of the van. I'm pretty sure these bolts aren't orig items so I'm wondering what should be there for the seat back to fasten onto?!

One of the images also shows a cream coloured screw screw on washer on the side of the bus....is this where you can fit one of the inertia seat belts?

Cheers
Craig

You have a late seat in your bus mate, the later ones work in the same way modern cars do and flip down as opposed to the earlier style which slot into the bulkhead in the centre and then are secured by a small bracket where your bolts are currently situated.

So not orig seats for a 71? Came over from states. Eventually they'll be replaced but for now just want to make sure safe for kids etc to sit on. So would a late bus have an attachment on the side for the seat bracket to lift in/out of??
