Can you recommend a gearbox rebuilder? Bearing bits in the oil

Gears have been slowly getting worse over the summer so decided to change the oil.

Unfortunately magnetic drain plug had half the rollers from a bearing stuck to it and large slivers of metal and the oil was very silvery.

Can anyone recommend a good gearbox refurb shop...

I believe cogbox is not open anymore, I'm in Gloucestershire but don't mind the distance if worth it.
