Can't open cab door from the outside

Help please.

The hand lever behind the handle seems to press in a long way and then is impossible to press with one hand. I can just about do it with both hand and a bit of force.#


Any ideas?

Take the door panel off and have a look? :mrgreen:

If it still feels 'locked' , and opens from the inside but not outside it is probably the little spring on the mechanism gone...both mine went and I was using the slider to get in. You need to take the the winder, handles and door card off and take the mechanism out to look. Its a common problem, and there is a how to sticky on one of the sites either here, TLB JK etc, just google cab door spring.
