Carburettor Nightmare!!!

Hi

The carb on my 1982 VW polo mk2 has finally perished. The actual mech inside has gone rther than the seals.

I have been able to get hold of a solex brosol h30-31 however this is for a 1300 and mine is a 1043.

I need to know what manifold to use to link the brosol carb (27mm inlet on the carb itself) to the existing engine - Ie A part number or dimensions.

As im sure you can see, i'm not the most mechanically minded of people.

Can someone help please!
