cargo floor

what are the strips of metal on the cargo floor with key hole shapes in them??

I stripped my bus this afternoon and found four of them??
Were they used to strap stuff down when it was designed??

i think there for seats to be slotted in .... might have been a bus once upon a time

Quite right crosser they are indeed used to lock seats down with

I was always under the impression that it was a Panel as there wasn`t any seatbelt mountings???

same floor panel i do believe tho could be wrong VW along with most manufacturers kept their costs down (still do) by having common parts across models even marques....
