I think that just about nails it - used to read the forum years ago. Some of the early threads were quite funny, but it just became downright nasty, don't touch it now.

They seem to have a particular aversion to vws - as does pistonheads actually, although I realise it's just a minority.

Funny thing is that I don't like modified cars, as a rule, but for some reason think its ok for vws. Just 'cos I like it, I guess
